Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, our legendary fitting process, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
Engage with each customer to create an authentic brand experience.
Measure and fit every customer according to Red Wing?s Ultimate Fit guidelines.
Ability to learn, lead and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer?s needs.
Enter customer information and sales into Point of Sales system, process payments & returns, balance cash drawer and daily reporting.
Provide boot cleaning and conditioning service, minor repairs, and coordinate warranty work with local partners.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the store without supervision.
Support Management Team in ensuring all in-store policies and procedures are adhered to and executed in a timely manner.
Manage inventory intake procedures.
Perform open and close duties.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals as outlined by Store Manager.
Delegating tasks to team members as needed.
Encourage ongoing product knowledge development through leading by example and sharing with team members.
Navigate challenging customer service situations including returns and warranty.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts including weekends.
Adhere to and execute all store policies, procedures and practices as outlined by Store Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience training and mentoring multiple employees.
Minimum 2 years sales experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service experience.
Passionate about footwear!
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Motivated, confident, and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Takes initiative to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge on product.
High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor.
Enjoys working as part of a team and contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
