We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically skilled

Maximo CMMS Coordinator

to manage and optimize our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The successful candidate will be the key driver in maintaining system integrity, ensuring efficient work order management, and leading continuous improvement of our maintenance processes. This role requires

on-site processing

and collaboration with teams across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

System Management & Administration



Serve as the

Application System Administrator

for Maximo, managing user access and ensuring system functionality. Manage a

large volume of monthly work orders

, ensuring accurate and timely processing on-site.

Manage the Maximo system

to ensure all Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules are updated promptly, adhering to all codes and policies. Ensure

information accuracy and system integrity

at all times (Cleaning/ Scrubbing data monthly). Oversee/ modify/ setup, validation, and maintenance of asset records, PM schedules, work orders, inventory, and asset hierarchies; perform data audits and cleanups. Generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support maintenance teams. Organizing data to aid departmental planning and execution of PM, CM, RM Producing/ Maintaining training material including site processes and documentation ("How to", Process Maps, etc.)

Process Improvement & Leadership



Lead the

continuous improvement of the PM process

. Establish methods to monitor and

improve performance of systems and processes (Driving Continuous Improvement)

. Lead the effort to meet

BPD Level goals for PM/CM completion

. Define requirements and resources needed to implement new ideas, converting concepts into

actionable plans (Evaluating and Implementing Ideas)

.

Practice project management

to ensure work assignments are completed in a timely manner to meet business timelines.

Training & Communication



Coach, mentor, and create training and process documentation

for Maximo users.

Communicate Effectively

by expressing ideas clearly and tailoring messages to fit the needs of the audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure all stakeholders are informed on the

development and status of work

.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships

with skilled trades and production team members.

Interact with People at Different Levels

, adjusting conversational style appropriately for all levels of the organization.

Share technical knowledge

and work with team members to provide the best solution for the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience administering and managing the

Maximo CMMS

Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Demonstrated Initiative

: Takes action without being prompted and handles problems independently. Ability to understand and follow company policies, and encourage others to do the same
