What are your contributions to the team?

Administer Maximo environments, including user access, security roles, workflows, and integrations; Configure modules such as Work Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Management; Support the migration of legacy Maximo systems to modern platforms, including cloud deployments; Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and performance improvements; Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Maximo and Power BI; Provide training and documentation to end users; Ensure data quality and standardization across sites; Participate in change management initiatives. ###

How to thrive in this role?

College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 3-5 years of experience administering IBM Maximo Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management; Experience with Maximo integrations (ERP, IoT, GIS, Azure); Familiarity with SQL, automation scripts, and workflow configuration; Bilingual (French/English) preferred; Experience with Maximo version 4.11 (Asset); Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) (Asset).
