Job Description

The Associate Director, Addressable Strategy will act as the day to day client service lead, providing excellent client service and helping to deliver against defined internal and client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a key point of contact for agency planning teams.
• In partnership with agency teams, ensure that all client needs and requirements while providing the highest degree of client service.
• Lead client presentations; act as the programmatic expert and make recommendations to drive positive business results.
• Develop innovative proposals and responses to client requests with internal agency partners, ensuring recommendations are sound.
• Manage and lead a team of employees. Effectively communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback and support professional development.
• Inform leadership of potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to account management and provide solutions where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams and partners to foster knowledge sharing.
• Manage and further strengthen client and key agency partner relationships.
• Provide innovative programmatic solutions (e.g. product offerings and proposals) to clients.
• Oversee client bookings, track campaign progress and ensure campaign deliverables are met.
• Liaise with the campaign management team to monitor the goals and KPI\'s for a portfolio of clients to ensure on time and complete delivery of campaigns.
• Develop and foster relationships with agency partners and clients to share new opportunities, provide campaign updates, etc.
• Maintain and develop knowledge around programmatic ecosystem.
• Participate in media partner meetings to identify new client opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
• Leadership and advanced experience in digital media.
• Previous experience working in a client service focused role.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to develop positive on-going business relationships with a focus on client service.
• Expert knowledge of the digital advertising industry and real-time media market dynamics.
• Expertise working within the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks & aggregators, ad servers, and/or other optimization platforms).
• Previous experience managing and developing employees.
• Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
• Passion for continuous development.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
• Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
