Job Description

This teaching position requires experience with math contests, both teaching and/ or participating in mathematic contests is required; these experiences must be reflected in candidate resumes.



Math contests teacher position:

Ideal candidates are currently teaching a full-time teaching job or they will be in teacher's college or in an education related field. Prior experience with math contests is required for this position. This is a great opportunity for current teachers looking for part time work.

Teacher Opportunities:

Teacher Qualifications:



Teachers must have a minimum 3 years of teaching experience specifically in AMC or Waterloo math contests -

resume and cover letter must explain these experiences in detail. Academic proficiency and confidence in teaching mathematics, demonstrated during the selection process. Proficient in online teaching tools.

Teacher Responsibilities:



Deliver high-quality lessons to small classes of students or through private tutoring. Prepare lessons within guidelines. Mark homework and assessments. Teach a minimum of 4 hours per week. Help promote students' interests in the subject.

: Our office is located at 201 Consumers Rd, North York, ON.

Compensation

: Compensation is calculated by teaching hours and prior experience.

: In Person math, science, physics, and english (ELA), and remote AP economics, AP statistics, and AP computer science.
