Math Tutor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced math tutor to join our Tutor Doctor team and help students excel in mathematics at both grade school and university levels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent communication skills and passion for helping students succeed.
Tutor Doctor provides an inclusive environment with personalized support and a focus on holistic development to ensure every student feels valued and can thrive. This position will require education, experience and knowledge in working with people that experience diverse learning challenges.
Tutors will be working one-on-one assisting students in understanding fundamental concepts, solving problems, and preparing/developing personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies based on students' learning ability; tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
