Responsibilities

Deliver clear, engaging lessons in various math topics including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, differential equations, discrete math, and more. Develop customized lesson plans that align with students' individual learning styles and academic objectives. Utilize cutting-edge learning technology and digital tools to enhance understanding and retention of complex concepts. Assess student progress regularly and adapt instructional strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, creating a positive and inclusive environment conducive to active learning. Support students with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance by implementing tailored teaching approaches.

Experience

Proven experience working with students across various age groups and educational backgrounds in classroom or tutoring settings. Strong knowledge of mathematics subjects including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, organic chemistry, microbiology, genetics, anatomy knowledge, physiology knowledge, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, data structures, and machine learning. Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content that is clear, comprehensive, and engaging. Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital tools used for remote or hybrid instruction. Experience in lesson planning and classroom management within diverse educational environments. Prior experience working with children or adults in educational settings such as early childhood education or higher education teaching roles.
