Go Beyond Academy, located in Richmond Hill, is a well-rounded educational center offering academic and piano lessons for students ranging from Kindergarten to First-Year University. We are currently seeking part-time Math teachers/tutors to join our in-person teaching team. This position involves working with students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, including those studying Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, and Data Management.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and personalized math lessons based on students' unique needs. Assist students in mastering concepts from the Ontario curriculum, from elementary to high school levels. Prepare students for tests, EQAO assessments, and final exams. Monitor student progress and maintain effective communication with parents as needed.

Qualifications:

A formal education in a related field is preferred (e.g., Ontario Certified Teacher, B.Ed., Math major/minor). University graduates or current students in Math, Engineering, Education, or related fields with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is highly preferred. Comfortable teaching a range of math levels, including: Elementary Math (Grades K-8) High School Math (Grades 9-12) Advanced Functions (MHF4U), Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U), and Data Management (MDM4U) Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with students. Dependable, professional, and capable of working independently or collaboratively with a team.
