Piannova Mind and Music are seeking passionate tutors for one-on-one sessions in Math Science and English focusing on high school level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring, and a commitment to providing personalized instruction that empowers students to achieve academic excellence and prepares them to enter university with confidence.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or semi-private tutoring sessions in subjects such as Math, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Deliver customized lessons that follow the BC curriculum and align with school instruction, adhering to school teacher requirements and grading rubrics to help students achieve high marks on quizzes, tests and exams. Proactively lead and guide learning, suggest exercises, provide feedback, offer examples, and actively engage students in practice. Foster a goal-oriented learning environment that empowers students to aim high and strive for academic excellence Utilize computer skills to integrate technology into lessons and enhance the learning experience, utilizing cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive) to share materials and assignments.

Experienced Tutor Requirements:

An advanced degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of successful tutoring. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed. Excellent computer skills for effective teaching and clear explanation of concepts. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and company.
