Deliver engaging one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in high school math and science subjects. Utilize learning technology tools such as educational software and digital platforms to enhance understanding and engagement. Assess student progress regularly through formative assessments and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to maximize learning outcomes. Manage 3:1 student teacher ratio dynamics effectively to create a positive and focused environment conducive to learning for children, teens, or adult learners. Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions and student progress. Collaborate with educational coordinators to align tutoring strategies with broader academic objectives.

Demonstrated expertise in math and science disciplines taught in the Alberta high school curriculum. Proven experience working with students of diverse age groups. Strong computer skills with familiarity in educational technology tools and digital learning platforms. Excellent tutoring skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently across various math and science topic areas. Knowledge of special education strategies for supporting students with unique learning requirements. Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings is highly desirable. A proactive attitude combined with excellent communication skills ensures successful collaboration with students and their families.
