Sylvan Learning Centre in Northwest Calgary
. Sylvan is recruiting individuals who cantutor high school math and the sciences
and who can teach the Sylvan programs of reading, math, and writing. Tutors work with students in a 3:1 setting in centre, providing individualized instruction to each student. Tutoring is offered after school and evenings Monday through Thursday and during the day on Sunday.Applicants are accepted who have a degree or who are in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree program (B.Ed. preferred). The person who best qualifies has a positive attitude, works well with students of all ages, and is an effective motivator.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
