Urban International School is a private school located in Toronto, Ontario. Urban International School is looking for a math/science summer camp teacher for the summer who can make a meaningful summer experience for the students this summer!

UIS summer camp is different. Our focus is not only Math & Science, but the dynamics of English in such subjects! Someone with math/science background, and has knowledge teaching ESL students, this is the perfect position.

Job Duties:

able to teach: math and science (Ontario curriculum)

Lead and manage classes.

lesson planning

make assessments and evaluate students

accommodating and modifying lesson plans to fit students learning need

filing report cards

Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in math and science Knowledgeable and has experience with ESL learners Good classroom management skills Create a safe learning environment for students has knowledge in different learning tools, and able to meet different learning needs Able to use basic Microsoft Office including Docs, Powerpoint, and Excel
Employee benefit is provided after 3 months of probation.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
