Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach mathematical concepts in an engaging manner to students of varying abilities. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects. Provide individualized support to students who may be struggling with mathematical concepts. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Stay current with educational trends and best practices in mathematics instruction. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Valid teaching certification or license in Mathematics (preferred). Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and ability to convey them effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment. Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
