Job Description
Lorvale Learning Centre is a private learning center based in Toronto. We provide Math Competition programs to students aged 6-18. We are looking for part-time or full-time coaches:
Main responsibilities
Creating and executing interesting and engaging lesson plans Training students for different levels of math competitions Organizing math competitions Being a positive model
Requirements:
Minimum 2-year math competition & coaching experience Previous teaching experience is essential Familiar with AMC and math competitions of the University of Waterloo Enthusiastic and self-motivated Team player and willingness to take part in extra-curricular activities Dependable, organized, punctual, patient and passionate about helping students achieve full potential Ability to create customized learning plans to meet individual learning goals Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening or willingness to obtain one Eligible to legally work in Canada
