Totally Tutors is currently seeking teachers certified by the Ontario College of Teachers located in

Etobicoke/ West Toronto.

Grade 9 - 12 Mathematics, Science, Biology, Physics or Chemistry

Our Tutors

Our tutors meet one or more of the following criteria:

Are in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers or are certified to teach in another Canadian province or territory Are current teacher candidates enrolled in a Bachelor of Education program Have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited Canadian university or college
In addition, our tutors:

Are passionate about teaching and committed to helping students succeed Have prior tutoring or classroom experience Develop a positive and professional relationship with students and their families.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one tutoring in the student's home (with an adult present) Travel to students' homes within a 20-minute commute by TTC or car Demonstrate knowledge of and familiarity with the Ontario Curriculum Prepare and organize relevant lesson materials tailored to each studentMonitor student progress and communicate updates to parents
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
