PRIMARY FOCUS
TEKTELIC is a technology company that specializes in the design of wireless communication hardware and software. The Materials Coordinator is responsible for receiving, transferring, counting and organizing finished products and electronic components in our on site and remote warehouses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Entering transactions in the company inventory database (Epicor)
• Physical sorting and counting of electronic components and small mechanical items.
• Organizing components and finished goods in the on site warehouse.
• Assisting the delivery team in locating and organizing products for customer orders.
• Assisting the buying team in locating and organizing production build kits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 or more years of experience managing inventory or in an accounting role.
• Attention to detail and a strong desire to get things organized.
• Experience with any inventory management system or ERP is highly desired.
• Trained on Lean Six Sigma or similar system is an asset.
• The ability to physically lift and organize boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
