This role will work with our two Saint John and Sussex factories, in NB.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SAP MRP Analysis (all suppliers)
  • Supplier relationship management (MOQ analysis, LT reduction, LPA Schedule line negotiation etc.)
  • Forward production Plans to suppliers
  • Analyze missing materials (all suppliers)
  • Check the correct application of technical communication (all suppliers/items)
  • Organize transport for Milk Run Suppliers or other exceptional transport.
  • Monitor key performance indicators.
  • Working with the Spare part team to ensure the ordering of necessary parts.
  • Working with the Warehouse to verify the receipt of the items.
  • There will be some travel required to our Sussex, NB location.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain engineering (or equivalent) and experience of at least 2 years in the role ideally in manufacturing companies.
  • Analysis and data management
  • Supply chain mastery (i.e. lead times, frozen periods)
  • SAP and Excel proficiency
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Good communication skills
