C'est quoi vos contributions a l'equipe?
Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appele a :

• Assurer l'adhesion aux echeanciers de production, et le cas echeant, orchestrer avec toutes les parties prenantes les plans de rattrapage;
• Assurer que les pieces et matieres requises soient presentes a temps sur la ligne d'assemblage;
• Communiquer l'information sur les penuries, et travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes logistiques d'approvisionnement et de fabrication;
• Interagir avec plusieurs equipes multifonctions (Logistique-Approvisionnement, Methodes, Genie Industriel, Qualite, Production, etc.);
• Participer aux projets d'amelioration (Atteindre l'Excellence, 5S, Reduction des couts et des inventaires, Production a valeur ajoutee, etc)....

Comment reussir dans le role?
En tant que candidat ideal,

• Vous possedez un Baccalaureat dans le domaine de la logistique ou Genie industriel, Operations et Logistique, Gestion des operations ou un diplome collegial avec experience de travail equivalente;
• Vous devez demontrer un grand interet pour la planification, la coordination des travaux, l'amelioration continue et la production a valeur ajoutee;
• Vous etes bilingue (francais et anglais);
• Vous maitrisez la suite Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Vous possedez de l'experience avec le systeme ERP SAP (atout majeur);
• Vous avez de 3 a 5 ans d'experience dans le domaine de la logistique.

What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will:

• Ensure respect of production timelines, and if necessary, elaborate catch-up plans with all stakeholders;
• Ensure that the required parts and materials are present on time on the assembly line;
• Communicate information on shortages, and work closely with the supply logistics team and manufacturing team;
• Interact with various multi-disciplinary teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality);
• Take part in the improvement projects (Achieving Excellence System, 5S, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, improved manufacturing, etc.).

How to thrive in this role?
As our ideal candidate,

• You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations & Logistics Management, or College Diploma with equivalent experience You have...
• You must demonstrate a great interest for planning, work coordination, continuous improvement and value-added production;
• You are bilingual (French and English);
• You are proficient with the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• You have experience with the SAP ERP system (major asset);
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of logistics.
