We are looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join our team and support daily operations by efficiently managing materials, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Help receive goods, raw materials (mainly steel), and full/partial assemblies. Ensure item quantities, materials, dimensions, and other features match build lists. Catch problems as early as possible, before they impact production. Operate a forklift to move material within the warehouse and yard. Transfer material from skids to various production locations. Read, understand, and follow working drawings.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid class 5 BC drivers' license. Must have reliable transportation to get to work in Mission, BC. Must be able to read a tape measure (feet and inches). Must have a minimum of 1-year forklift experience. Valid forklift operator certificate preferred Previous experience loading materials to/from delivery trucks. Experience working in the manufacturing industry Able to work occasional overtime as required by the workload Previous steel handling experience preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
