We are seeking a Material Handler to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials within our manufacturing facility. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products to various departments.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, has a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented and wants to be part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and components Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pump trucks, and other equipment Pick and stage parts for production departments Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and related software Assist in loading and unloading deliveries Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored safely Support regular inventory counts and cycle counts Communicate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics teams Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized workspace Move materials between multiple locations using a 5-ton vehicle for transport. Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:



Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or material handling role (manufacturing environment preferred) Valid forklift certification and experience operating a counterbalance forklift (or willing to be certified) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic computer systems (ERP experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and punctual with a positive team-oriented attitude Good communication skills, both verbal and written Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Physical Requirements:



Frequently lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 lbs. Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs/ladders Work is primarily conducted indoors in a warehouse/production environment

Work Schedule:



Monday to Friday Day shift (typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods

Pay: $21.30-$24.50 per hour
