Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who is honest, reliable and a team player. You will play a key role in the timely and safe delivery of millwork components to various job sites. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. We understand that experience comes in many forms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and delivered to site. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

Duties



Careful handling preparation, and secure loading of custom millwork components into trucks for safe delivery to commercial job sites Assist with loading and unloading heavy materials, ensuring products are handled with care. Coordinate with various sites and installers for delivery instructions and confirm correct quantities and specifications before departure Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and job site personnel Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and workspace Inspect and maintain company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries Assist with in-house moving and storage of materials as needed Inventory tracking and assist with unloading and storing materials when not making deliveries

Requirements



Valid Class 5 Drivers' License Ability to maintain the safety Previous experience in warehouse distribution or material handling is preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus Strong skills in shipping and receiving processes Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Taking on all challenges with passion, optimism, and a solution focused attitude Ability to maintain the safety of yourself and others at all times through best practices on the production floor and in the workplace in general

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
