What You'll Do
Transport EPS beads, additives, packaging, and finished products between production lines, silos, and storage areas
Ensure machines are stocked with required materials (e.g., pre-expanded beads, film rolls, boxes) to avoid production interruptions
Move in-process materials to secondary processing areas and clear finished goods from production areas promptly
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or vacuum conveyors safely to move and stage materials
Record material transfers and usage in NetSuite; report low stock levels, discrepancies, or missing items
Assist shippers/receivers during high-volume deliveries or outgoing shipments
Keep storage areas organized, label products properly, and rotate stock according to FIFO/LIFO practices
Identify and report damaged goods or contaminated materials immediately
Support daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts as required
Follow PPE requirements, equipment lockout/tagout procedures, and safe movement practices in shared work areas
