RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with Supervisor and Lead Hand to ensure that daily productivity targets are met in a timely and safe manner. Completes a variety of tasks within a department (may be Press Shop, Assembly Lines, Paint Line or Shipping) Demonstrate positive and safe workplace behavior at all time and work as a team in the achievement of daily production targets. Develop understanding on of variety of lockers parts and specification Picking material, by maintaining quantity accuracy Must be able to complete orders in a fast-paced physical environment Operate sit down counterbalance forklift Wraps/crates completed orders, loads/unloads trucks Focuses on learning tasks and ensuring quality Updates shipping information in JDE/ Hubble when required Agree to work in an environment where health and safety are essential and a priority; Comply with company's EHS guidelines and ensure all required PPE are used while working on the shop floor Contributes to the overall functioning of the team by maintaining awareness of best practices/emerging issues, both internally and externally, sharing best practices and building effective working relationships across the team and company. Performs other duties as necessary.

Good communication skills Follows direction and a bility to work with minimal supervision Mechanically inclined and able to operate counter balance forklift Ability and desire to learn Reliable (i.e. on time, does what is asked) Physically capable of performing the job Exercises good judgement and shows initiative Good computer skills, data entry and MS office

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years or more increasing responsibility Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent Able to follow Standard Work Instruction for all tasks expected to perform Must be flexible to work extra hours during weekdays and weekends Demonstrates some leadership skills through informal coaching and teaching others Ability, willing, and motivated to lead and mentor co-workers in the future
