Anipet Animal Supplies is a leading Distributor of Pet Food and Supplies that has been family owned since 1977. We are currently seeking an experienced

Material Handler

to join our team in our South Surrey warehouse. We are passionate about our people and our mission of Inspiring Leadership and Building Community within our team and among our customers.

We Offer:

Afternoon Shifts Sunday to Thursday - Sunday 12:00-8:30pm Mon - Thur 3:00-11:30pm or Monday to Friday 12-8:30pm

Starting rate $21.00 per hour minimum

Great location in the South Surrey area - No Transit Available during the week - must have own transportation

Ideal Candidate:

Distribution experience would be an asset however full training will be provided

Forklift, reach truck and electric pallet jack experience an asset

Ability to lift 40lbs. comfortably is a requirement

Energetic and highly organized

Strong team player

Problem solving abilities

Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Food Picking, Supply Picking and Receiving in scheduled rotation or on an "as-needed" basis

Order preparation including packaging, skid building, wrapping and processing paperwork

Meeting and exceeding daily performance targets

Operation of materials handling equipment including forklift, reach truck and electric pallet jack

Use of warehouse scanning software and inventory management software
