Job Summary:

We are seeking a hard-working, hands-on, and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement team as a

Material Flow Specialist

.This is a full-time position based at our Port Coquitlam facility, offering a diverse range of responsibilities within the procurement department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring departmental operations run smoothly and on schedule by performing the following duties as needed:

Preparing and issuing RFQs and purchase orders Creating production work orders and ensuring alignment with sales order requirements Managing RMAs in collaboration with the Quality Control department and Import/Export Coordinator Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels and resolving discrepancies as needed Issuing and kitting materials for work orders to meet customer sales requirements Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling results with system-generated reports Receiving supplier shipments and accurately recording data in the inventory system Securely packaging and shipping completed systems and accessories to customers Organizing the inventory room and preparing space for incoming shipments

Salary:

$50,000 to $60,000

Skills/Experience Required:

Valid Canadian work permit, permanent resident status, or Canadian citizenship Basic computer proficiency, including internet browsers, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet demanding deadlines Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in shipping and receiving or inventory management is an asset Experience with ERP software is an asset
