Job Title: Master Scheduler

Experience: 3-5 years in a scheduling role within a manufacturing environment, with significant experience in using the MRP system Epicor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing scheduling and significant experience in using the Epicor MRP system. As Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and overseeing the Master Production Schedule in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory objectives.

• Utilize the Epicor MRP system to optimize scheduling processes and inventory management.
• Coordinate with various departments (sales, purchasing, operations) to ensure the feasibility of the Master Production Schedule.
• Monitor production performance against the schedule and make necessary adjustments to maintain alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with the Production Scheduler to ensure effective implementation of the Master Production Schedule.
• Report on key production metrics to company leadership and recommend improvements as necessary.

Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in a scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.

• Significant experience in using the Epicor MRP system.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
