Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking a highly analytical and organized individual with strong communication and teamwork skills to fill this position.
You will be required to perform the following core responsibilities:
Review AFE's, verify DOI's, AFE Type and UWI's Cost Center set-up and maintenance Export approved AFE's to accounting system Set up and maintain master file information Respond to queries from various internal groups Set up and maintain various master tables in Qbyte o Assist the financial system administrator with other system issues, changes and improvements Support acquisition activity in the form of property set-up and data conversion from acquired systems as needed.
Experience with AFE Navigator and Qbyte FM is a must have
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of operations oil and gas accounting experience, with a good understanding of ownership masters, cost centers and other master table data. A minimum of 2 years working within Master Data or directly with cost centers, AFE's and DOI set ups and corrections.
Experience with Qbyte FM is a must have.
