About the role

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to ensure the stability of the Asset Management (AM) practices and processes across the site. The candidate will be part of a team of five (5) master data specialists supporting different areas.
Reporting to the Superintendent - Asset Management Assurance you will:
Support the AM team (planning/engineering/supervisors) in the improvement of the work management process.
Ensure the consistency of Master data entries in SAP
Assure that IOCs AM metrics and reporting are align with the AM standards.
Perform audits, build reports and work on corrective actions on the AM Framework

What youll bring
Uncompromising commitment to working safely and intelligently
College degree in a related discipline
Very strong analytical and computer skills - Advanced SAP skills, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.
Min 3 years Industrial Experience - Industrial/processing environment or Mobile Equipment
Solid team member with good interpersonal skills
Demonstrated rigor into the application of AM standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
It will also be beneficial if you have:
Experience in maintenance planning or previous Master Data Specialist role
Ability to run multiple projects and complete work as planned.
