We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to ensure the stability of the Asset Management (AM) practices and processes across the site. The candidate will be part of a team of five (5) master data specialists supporting different areas.

Reporting to the Superintendent - Asset Management Assurance you will:

• Support the AM team (planning/engineering/supervisors) in the improvement of the work management process.
• Ensure the consistency of Master data entries in SAP
• Assure that IOCs AM metrics and reporting are align with the AM standards.
• Perform audits, build reports and work on corrective actions on the AM Framework

What youll bring

• Uncompromising commitment to working safely and intelligently
• College degree in a related discipline
• Very strong analytical and computer skills - Advanced SAP skills, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.
• Min 3 years Industrial Experience - Industrial/processing environment or Mobile Equipment
• Solid team member with good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated rigor into the application of AM standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

It will also be beneficial if you have:

• Experience in maintenance planning or previous Master Data Specialist role
• Ability to run multiple projects and complete work as planned.
