As a Master Data Operator, you will be at the forefront of managing and maintaining essential master data related to our manufacturing operations. Your role is crucial to ensuring accurate and efficient production processes, making a direct impact on our success.

Shift:

Monday through Friday Day Shift (7:00AM-3:30PM)

Compensation:

$35/hour

Responsibilities:

Routings Management:


Gather all vital information for routings, including header material, work centers, and operational values required for material production.

Production Resource Tools (PRTs), Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Master (ECM: Build, change, and manage PRTs, BOMs, ECM:

Ensure PRTs are mapped for all operational activities Gather information on all components required to produce header material at specific plants Build, change, and manage ECMs when advised that a BOM or routing is required, production versions Ensure ECM captures master data changes for accessible history Combine header material BOM with routing in production versions Identify costed production versions for finance and scheduling purposes Ensure work centers are updated for manufacturing and finance purposes Help complete the master data management strategy, aligning with business objectives and digital transformation goals Implement master data standards, processes, and governance models to maintain data integrity Participate in regular data quality reviews, implementing corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce inconsistencies Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing data-related workflows and system functionalities Assist with planning and completing data migration projects, following data standards and quality benchmarks Serve as a point of contact for master data-related inquiries, supporting resolution efforts and maintaining clear communication with collaborators

Requirements
