Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Ceramist to join our laboratory. The ideal candidate has exceptional artistic ability, advanced technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering lifelike, high-quality dental restorations. This role is suited for someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a professional, supportive lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and fabricate high-end ceramic restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant cases

Perform custom shading, layering, contouring, and finishing to achieve optimal esthetics

Work with zirconia, e.max, porcelain-fused-to-metal, and other ceramic systems

Collaborate with CAD/CAM technicians, designers, and management to ensure case accuracy and consistency

Maintain high quality-control standards and meet production timelines

Communicate effectively with dentists when needed regarding esthetics and case requirements

Mentor or support junior ceramists as appropriate

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a dental ceramist (master-level preferred)

Strong artistic eye for color, form, and natural dentition

Proficiency in modern ceramic materials and techniques

Experience working in a production dental lab environment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
