A propos du role :

Le massotherapeute au Spa Guerlain accueille chaleureusement la clientele et prodigue des soins de massotherapie haut de gamme, conformement aux standards de la marque et aux protocoles d'hygiene. Il veille a offrir une experience exceptionnelle, en assurant la qualite, la securite et la satisfaction du client tout en collaborant efficacement avec l'equipe du spa.

Ce que vous ferez :

Accueillir chaleureusement le client et le prendre en charge ; Realiser les soins de massotherapie dans le respect des normes etablies par la marque ; Organiser les cabines de soins et le materiel et des produits mis a sa disposition ; Garantir au client la qualite des soins realises tout en veillant a sa securite ; Se soucier en permanence de la qualite de son travail et de la satisfaction du client ; Responsable de la mise en place des cabines qui lui sont attribuees ; Se soucier de l'atteinte des objectifs du spa ; Participer aux reunions de formation interne et faire appliquer cette formation sur le terrain ; Demontrer un haut niveau d'ethique, d'integrite et professionnalisme en toutes situations ; Travailler en harmonie avec ses collegues et ses superieurs hierarchiques Effectuer toute autre tache connexe aux fonctions ;

Ce que vous contribuez :

Experience anterieure de 2 a 3 ans dans un poste similaire ; Formation professionnelle en massotherapie avec adhesion a une association reconnue, ainsi qu'un diplome collegial en gestion hoteliere (preferable mais non essentiel si le ou la candidat(e) possede une experience pertinente en massotherapie ou dans un domaine connexe) ; Bonne competence de communication en francais, a l'ecrit et a l'oral La connaissance de l'anglais est exigee puisque la personne devra interagir regulierement avec une clientele principalement anglophone ; Une excellente comprehension du mode de fonctionnement des divers services du Spa, notamment les bienfaits, indications et contre-indications. Etre capable de faire la promotion de traitements et de services sans donner une allure de vendeur acharne ; Avoir une excellente resistance au stress et le gerer de maniere positive et efficace ; Faire preuve d'un tres bon esprit d'equipe ; Interet et aptitude a offrir un service hors pair a nos clients ; Avoir de bonnes competences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d'une clientele haut de gamme ; Maintenir un aspect professionnel et se conduire de facon mature et avec integrite en tout temps; Etre organise, meticuleux et debrouillard ;

Spa Massage Therapist

About the role:

The massage therapist at the Guerlain Spa warmly welcomes guests and delivers high-end massage treatments in accordance with brand standards and hygiene protocols. They ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the quality, safety, and satisfaction of each treatment, while working collaboratively with the spa team.

What you will do:

Warmly welcome and take care of each guest upon arrival; Perform massage treatments in accordance with the brand's established standards; Prepare treatment rooms and organize all equipment and products provided; Ensure the quality of each treatment while prioritizing the guest's safety; Maintain a high standard of work and consistently strive for guest satisfaction; Be responsible for setting up the treatment rooms assigned; Contribute to the achievement of the spa's goals; Participate in internal training sessions and apply learnings on the floor; Demonstrate a high level of ethics, integrity, and professionalism at all times; Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors; Perform any other duties related to the role.

What you bring:

Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position; Professional training in massage therapy with membership in a recognized association, as well as a college diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience in massage therapy or a related field); Strong communication skills in written and spoken French; Proficiency in English is required, as the candidate will regularly interact with a primarily English-speaking clientele; Excellent understanding of how various spa services operate, including benefits, indications, and contraindications; Ability to promote treatments and services without coming across as overly sales-driven; Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle pressure in a positive and effective manner; Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively; Interest in and ability to provide exceptional service to our guests; Excellent interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele; Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself with maturity and integrity at all times; Be organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
