Summary of Position:

The Massage Therapy Instructor's role is to plan, prepare and deliver quality classroom instruction in lecture and/or practical format based on the approved curricula.

Primary Duties:

We are looking for an energetic, talent, flexible person to join our instructor team. Inform students about course requirements, evaluation procedures and attendance policies while reviewing the syllabus at the beginning of each course Manage classroom teaching and environment through active instructor presence to promote positive classroom discipline and control, timely class meetings and appropriate use of furniture and equipment

Responsibilities:

Deliver lecture according to the curriculum Create an effective adult learning environment, facilitating learning and classroom management Instruct student practice Evaluate the student progress Organize the students activities Other teaching related works

Qualifications

Valid massage therapy instructor certification Extensive knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in teaching or training in a classroom or clinical setting Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans Commitment to student success and professional development in the field of massage therapy

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
