Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Massage Therapist looking to join a supportive and dynamic team? AIM Wellness Clinic, a well-established multi-disciplinary clinic located near the University of Toronto, Kensington Market, and Chinatown, is seeking a new RMT to join our practice.

Our team includes Acupuncturists, Registered Massage Therapists, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, and Rolfing Practitioners, all dedicated to helping our clients achieve optimal health and wellness.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation:

Enjoy a 70% revenue split (70/30) and a starting wage of $80.50 per 60-minute treatment.

Flexible Scheduling:

Set your own hours and enjoy a flexible schedule. Focus on Clients: We take care of everything so you can concentrate 100% on your clients!

Complimentary Staff Treatment Sessions:

Receive paid treatment sessions bimonthly (non-accumulative).

$600 Signing Bonus:

Receive a signing bonus, with $200 paid after 3 months from the first treatment and the remaining $400 after 6 months after the first treatment.

In-House Continuing Education:

Access to discounted workshops, including our , and discounted individual acupuncture courses (gua sha, moxabustion, Tai Chi, Qigong, TCM Theory, etc.) at AIM Academy.

Complementary Shiatsu for Healthcare Practitioners (35-hour) workshop

Free Staff Parking:

Available on select days.

Qualifications & Requirements

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Up-to-date insurance coverage. Additional therapies or certifications are considered an asset. 1 year of massage therapy experience preferred but new graduates are also welcome!

Available Days:

Preferably Saturday + One/Two More Day(s) Flexible schedule - any day of the week (except Sunday)
