We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.

CMTO registration with good standing is must.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be committed to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that each client receives a personalized and relaxing experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their specific needs and health conditions. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for every client. Ability to maintain professionalism while providing compassionate care. Knowledge of various massage modalities and techniques is essential. Strong attention to detail in maintaining client records and treatment documentation.
