We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess license issued by CMTBC. Deep understanding of various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to provide exceptional care to our clients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, delivering tailored treatments, and contributing to their overall wellness journey. A focus on patient service and pain management is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific pain management issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress using medical terminology. Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area.

Requirements

Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is preferred. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per hour
