Role Overview

We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team. You will deliver personalized massage treatments in a serene, upscale setting. Your work will support MIMADA's mission of helping clients feel vibrant, aligned, and cared for--inside and out.

This is an Independent Contractor position, meaning that you take home all the earnings - no payroll deductions, no overhead with ability to maximize your earnings through tax write offs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform therapeutic, relaxation, and customized massages based on client needs and preferences Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records in accordance with CMTO standards Educate clients on wellness routines and recommend follow-up treatments or home care Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to MIMADA's cleanliness and aesthetic standards

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Professional liability insurance Strong communication and client service skills A passion for women's wellness and a commitment to client-centred care
