The Opportunity:





The Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance and mentoring to students as they move from the textbook to the

hands-on practical clinic setting

. In addition, the Clinic Supervisor manages the daily operations of the massage therapy clinic.


The Outreach Supervisor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

What you'll be doing:



Advise students on treatment safety pre-treatment to ensure safe treatment of all clients. Clinical rounds - checking in on every student when possible, asking questions pertaining to client's assessment, treatment plan & long-term care. Provide consultation to students while they are performing massages as required and/or upon request. Compile clinic & outreach hours for clinical hours sign off sheet and submit to Campus Director. Maintain communication with other clinic supervisors about each shift. Provide updates, student information, supplies needed, unexcused absences, client relations, etc. Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the position:



Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Massage Therapy Diploma. Minimum of 2 years of practical work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of the Internet.
