Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing and therapeutic environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each session.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Deliver personalized massage sessions (lymphatic drainage, therapeutic, sculpting, etc.) tailored to individual results

Develop lasting relationships with clients

, creating trust and loyalty that drives repeat visits and referrals Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress. Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans, pressure, rhythm and techniques accordingly Create a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out that makes clients feel valued Recommend add-on services, membership packages and retail products to maximize client results and revenue growth Ensure cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment. Uphold professional standards of hygiene and conduct at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and trust.

Experience

Current massage therapy certification and valid provincial licence (Quebec)

Minimum 1 year of professional massage therapy experience

Fluency in French (required)

for client consultations and care English proficiency (strong asset) Spanish proficiency (asset) Proven skill--or advanced training--in lymphatic drainage (strong asset) Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients Consultative approach with passion for holistic beauty and wellness Schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health needs. Strong customer service skills to ensure an exceptional experience for every client. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
