Perform exceptional massage services to clients

Collect detailed client history

Perform in-depth patient evaluation to advise on best treatment

Perform services to clients needs

Contribute to safe and positive client experience, while adhering to company policies

Educate clients on treatment specifics, products, after care instruction and maintenance.

Participate in company events and marketing initiatives

Actively participate in staff meetings and clinic improvement initiatives

Market oneself to maintain client base and create return clientele

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Valid massage therapy license within provincial licensing body

Customer service oriented

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work as a team and independently

Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
