Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after their sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and patient records using appropriate medical terminology. Stay informed about the latest trends in occupational health and wellness to enhance service offerings. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety within the treatment area.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential. Previous experience in a medical spa or similar setting is highly desirable. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and treatment options.
