We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them relax, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities. Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized massage plans. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or wellness practices. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress notes securely and confidentially. Ensure excellent customer service by creating a relaxing environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client needs clearly. Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times. Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in massage therapy.
