Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team in the HRM area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of concrete work are met. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful completion of our developments.

Responsibilities

Prepare and pour concrete for various construction projects Assist with rebar installation and concrete forming Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Finish concrete surfaces to specified standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow safety protocols and regulations on site Read blueprints and schematics as needed for project specifications.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tasks Ability to operate heavy machinery safely Familiarity with masonry and concrete finishing techniques Basic carpentry skills are an asset Knowledge of safety regulations in construction environments Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $18.74-$37.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
