Masonry Team Member

Proscape Land Design is an award-winning Landscape Design Build Company who has been providing high-end residential design/build work in the Western GTA since 2002. We pride ourselves in the quality of our installations, high attention to detail and exceeding our customer's expectations. Our offices are in Oakville and Burlington.

We are looking for an experienced

MASONRY TEAM MEMBER - LANDSCAPE

to join our team.

What We Offer:

HOURLY RATE: $23-28 based on experience

Full-time employment, 45 - 55 hours per week, Monday-Friday (weekend as needed)

Excellent on the job training to grow and develop your skills

What You Bring:

Must Have

Minimum 2 years experience in high-end residential landscape construction

Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with time constraints

Ability to meet the physical demands of this outdoor job including lifting 50lbs

Ability to communicate professionally with clients and strive to exceed their expectations

Attention to detail, be career minded with a desire to grow with the company long term

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

G License with a clean driving abstract required (other licensing an asset)

What You Will Do:

Provide assistance in the preparation, installation, repair and/or rebuilding of brick or stone surfaces such as outdoor kitchens, fireplace, paver patios, brick walls, etc.

Load, unload, arrange and store materials, machines, tools and equipment

Operate construction equipment such as mini excavator, skid steer, telehandler and a variety of hand and power tools to cut materials to specified sizes for installation

Erect and dismantle scaffolding and other installation structures

Mix mortar, plaster and grout according to standard formulas

Apply grout, caulking, sealants and other agents to installed surfaces

Clean installation surfaces, equipment, tools, work sites and storage areas using water, chemical solutions, oxygen lances or polishing machines

Possibility of working with our other install landscape crews as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
