Westcoast R&D Labs Inc. is currently building a large laboratory building in Richmond, BC.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Masonry Laborer to join our team. The Laborer's tasks will include helping to erect a 30ft. cinder block wall along with setting up scaffolding amongst other construction related tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 5 yrs masonry experience. Experience erecting and taking down scaffolding. Must have their own vehicle for transportation to and from the site Experience using hand tools and power tools is essential. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is preferred but not mandatory. Strong work ethic with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Basic knowledge of building, renovating, or restoring structures is an asset. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
