We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team as a Mascot for an on-call, temporary role - specifically for Saturday, October 11th. In this role, you will embody our Mascot and engage with audiences at various events, creating a fun and memorable experience for children and families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performance, a love for interacting with the public, and the ability to bring joy through movement and expression.

Duties

Perform as the mascot at events, parades, and promotional activities, bringing the character to life through movement and personality. Engage with children and families by posing for photos, participating in games, and interacting in a friendly manner. Collaborate with event organizers to ensure a successful appearance that aligns with the event's goals. Maintain the mascot costume in good condition, ensuring it is clean and presentable for each event. Participate in rehearsals and training sessions to enhance performance skills and learn new routines. Assist in planning activities that promote audience engagement during events.

Skills

Strong dancing ability to perform engaging routines that captivate audiences. Background in theater or performing arts to enhance character portrayal. Excellent social EQ skills to effectively communicate with audiences while in character without speaking. Strong body language skills and awareness to interact positively with children and families. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
