Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching students of all ages. Duties

Conduct engaging martial arts classes for various skill levels, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and instruction. Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of students while promoting physical fitness, self-defense techniques, and martial arts philosophy. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals. Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience. Promote the importance of discipline, respect, and teamwork within the dojo.

Qualifications

Proven experience in martial arts with appropriate certifications or belts in relevant disciplines. Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships with students and parents. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
