Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching martial arts techniques and principles to students of various ages and skill levels. This role requires a strong understanding of martial arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students in a positive learning environment.

Duties

Develop lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and age groups, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of techniques. Promote physical fitness through martial arts training while emphasizing discipline, respect, and self-control. Manage class behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment. Provide feedback and encouragement to students to foster their growth and development in martial arts. Organize and lead demonstrations, competitions, or events that showcase student progress. Maintain a clean and safe training area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Experience

Previous experience in teaching martial arts or related physical education is preferred. Background in sports coaching/competition is preferred Experience working with students in a martial arts club or gym setting is an asset.
