As Marketing Coordinator of SPA CEYLON CANDA, you will play an integral role in supporting brand strategy, Overall Marketing and creative campaigns, helping social media development, and ultimately owning the project management for all of our integrated marketing initiatives. Your role on the Marketing team supports a simple but challenging mission: PUT OUR BRAND ON THE MAP. Your role: To proactively seek out, develop, and lead high-impact initiatives and experiences in line with key moments in the marketing calendar that support business growth and profitability, including those focused on the recruitment of new customers. This role will be multi-faceted and varied depending on business/ campaign objectives. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) developing and managing the execution of external events and establishing partnerships, which bring change making beauty (purpose + products) to life, as well as lead brand paid media campaigns when required, whilst delivering on brand buzz and commercial targets. More about your role: 1.You will be responsible for project managing all elements of live partnerships including charitable and campaign-led; negotiation; contract execution; scheduling; development and sourcing of promotional products with global sourcing (where required), seeing through deliverables; and gathering insights on partnerships to share with wider business. 2. Identify and proactively seek out external events/ experiences which enable Spa Ceylon Canada to engage with new customers and encourage consideration of the Brand to end in purchase. 3. Responsible for keeping abreast of competitor events and activities to assist ideation and identifying future opportunities. 4. Responsible for overseeing media and creative agencies to deliver brand paid media campaigns across selected platforms. 5. Responsible for ensuring all external communications and are aligned to the brand and are approved according to the legal and copy approval processes. 6. Track and analyse activity and provide post event/ paid media campaign evaluation against set KPIs. 7. Track all event, partnership and paid media project costs ensuring within budget and aligned to financial forecasting. 8. Continually improve business working processes, looking for SMART ways to reduce both overall costs and efficiencies within the role. 9. Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends. 10. Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists. 11. Coordinate, plan and work with the Marketing Agency and always head of time. Emil ist, newsletters weekly, scheduling all blog and video posts across both websites, update and maintain both company websites on a weekly basis, including cyber security, SEO and content management. 12. You will constantly be the main person to be contacted from the Spa Ceylon HQ team in Sri Lanka specially for MARKETING. 13. You will be contacting HQ team in Sri Lanka for photoshop photos and videos that you need for both Website and In-store in at least 3 weeks advanced. Work with the Sri lankan HQ to create digital campaigns and web assets. 14. Work and plan with Marketing Agency team to develop seasonal marketing calendar to maximize launches and strategic focus. 15. Own and manage team budget, including monthly agency expenses, product samples, shipping fees and other included fees in the future. Qualifications: 1. Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends. 2. Manage, Report and Analyze Key KPI\xe2\x80\x99s on behalf of the team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. 3. Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members. 4. Strong communications skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Accuracy and attention to detail, and Exceptional problem solving skills. 5. Punctual with an ability to work towards and meet deadlines. 6. Strong and current knowledge of festivals, events, cahrities, and competitor brand partnerships, as well as media titles and their communication platforms. 7. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.) 8. Works well in a team environment. 9. 1-2 years of marketing, account management coordinator, or related experience. 10.
