Job Description

Plays a lead role in the many marketing activities of Wild Rose Co-op across locations and commodity lines. Responsible for planning, creating, and distributing all internal and external communications, including newsletters. Manage social media platforms and all websites by planning and overseeing content in conjunction with promotions and campaigns. Provide support for designing, developing, and implementing marketing solutions and to advertise the organization\xe2\x80\x99s products and services to ensure market share and Co-op\xe2\x80\x99s community awareness

Ensure the Co-op brand is defined and upheld throughout all marketing streams by designing and deploying branded content to create public awareness. Establish consistency throughout the overall design of content to promote the organization\'s image externally through print, media, and events.

Ensures programs are organized, executed, and marketed to the community through campaigns, and activations. Providing clerical support to the programs.

Aids in the development and execution of Community Relations through the development and execution of the Community Giving strategy to strengthen the brand while actively seeking to improve the local community in which the local Co-op operates in. Assists with planning and execution of community events, programs, campaigns, and any others that may be relevant to the local community.

Research

Spends time participating in, collecting, and analyzing data as it becomes available to ensure competitiveness in the local and industry markets. Research potential new marketing practices and ensures best practices are in place. Liaises with Home Office marketing as needed to ensure marketing tools and strategies are in place for the Local Co-op.
