Marketing/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing. Create engaging content for various platforms. Analyze marketing data and metrics for insights and optimization. Respond to customer quotation. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings. Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing or office admin. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Language Requirement: Mandarin or Cantonese Language
